Terms & Conditions
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% must be received with the booking.
All bookings must be paid in full at least two calendar months prior to arrival. - Prices include all linen, towels, electricity and heating.
- A daily housekeeping service is available if required.
- Maximum occupancy 11 persons.
The House will be available from 3.00 pm on day of arrival unless otherwise agreed. - The house must be vacated by 10.30 am on day of departure unless otherwise agreed.
- Dogs may stay at the house by prior arrangement.
- Tents may be pitched in the garden with prior consent.
- Child’s cot is available on request.
- A 4WD car and/or Land Rover is available for hire (subject to availability) by arrangement.
- All drivers must be 25 years or over and have a current full clean driving license.
- The client shall be responsible for all loss or damage caused to the proprietor’s property (comprising the house and other buildings and fixed equipment at Glaschoille – the household contents and any vehicle), during the client’s stay at the property as a result of use by the client or the client’s party.
